First, turn off the capslock key. Posting in all caps on a forum is like shouting and is considered rude. It also makes posts more difficult to read and are often ignored.

If the message is SPAM or one sent with malicious intent it will generally be very difficult to determine the original source. Those sending such messages go to considerable trouble to ensure this does not happen.

If the message is spam then a reply message from you will probably not go through since the return address is ficticious.

If it's a scam, do they want money up front for something? Sometimes the spams are just form letters and have been tried before. Googling a significant phrase from the email will often turn up others who have received it and are questioning it also.

Real men don't use AntiVirus; they just reformat
