'Can't enter BIOS without keyboard'. If you're using a USB keyboard, use a PS/2 instead. Some older motherboards didn't detect USB keyboards unless that option was enabled in bios setup. Yours seems to be an older one.

Your computer is attempting to boot from the network connection which means you have no hard drive, the hard drive is bad or there's no OS on your hard drive or it's not in the boot order. Once you attach the proper keyboard you can get into bios setup and check the hard drive status.

If you need to install an OS put the drive containing the installation disk first in the boot order. That would normally be your CD/DVD drive.
