can't delete movies, says no longer in c file

Specs: Windows Vista
running out of space on c drive trying to delete movies. message says no longer located in c users verify file location. does this mean movies are not taking space on c file

Try booting to safe mode and do a clean disk to start. Dunno why it says what it says.

Why did it take me over a year to phone in a problem to ATT?
