Can't access bios menu and motherboard is GA-X58A-UD3R

Specs: Windows 8, Intel core i7 950/8gb
I cannot enter the bios,I pressed all the keys like delete,f1,f2,f10 etc.I want to enter the bios menu to format my hard disk drive because my windows 8 got corrupted..

Just reload windows 8, formatting the hard drive is part of the re-installation.

Does the computer have a recovery image or did you make back up dvd's???

I can't whenever I insert the windows 8 disk
It does not shows that Press any key to boot CD/DVD !! :/

I can't access the bios and the windows 8 dvd doesn't boot either because primary boot device is h.d.d

What kind of keyboard are you using? You need a wired one, not wireless, preferably PS/2 rather than USB.

From the manual: "To access the BIOS Setup program, press the <Delete> key during the POST when the power is turned on. To see more advanced BIOS Setup menu options, you can press <Ctrl> + <F1> in the main menu of the BIOS Setup program."

Just to be sure, you are trying the F keys repeatedly on the computer manufacturer's screen and not the Windows loading screen, right?

Searching around the net, I see some people suggesting pressing the End key instead of an F key.

It doesn't work either i'm gonna try with a wired keyboard of (ps/2) plug..Hope that works.
