Things like the printing tests are fine, its just when I try to print anything else, that it comes out as blank pages.
Hi Phil, I do not see how that link can help, as all the sole reply advises is to clean the Print Head.
As Test Prints are fine, it suggests the problem lies elsewhere.
We are not advised how the Printer is connected or what to. If direct,
I would first try disconnecting / connecting the interface cable two or three times, in order to clean its contacts.If by wifi, I would try a direct connection.
If still not working my next step would be to uninstall the printer , then re-install it order to have a good Driver.
Another thought, is if any Ink cartridges have been recently installed, and not from Canon, has Canon created this problem as a Safe Guard against using oem supplies.
