Solved Cannot boot my Lenovo T430s laptop

Specs: Windows 7
When attempting to boot my system, it stops at the Boot Menu option and below are the only options available are ----

> ATAPI CDO: MATs---ADVD-RAM UJ8B2
> ATA HDDO: HITACHI HTS725050A7E630

Clicking on either doesn't make it boot up. This laptop was my old laptop from the previous company given to me. It has the company image on it, and the boot menu option is disabled.

The 1st option is a DVD drive...you can't boot off it without a bootable disc in the drive.
The 2nd option is the hard drive...Hitachi Travelstar 500GB.

Can you access the BIOS? Try pressing F1 as soon as the Thinkpad logo is displayed. If it has a built-in hard drive diagnostics, try running it & see what the results are. Here's another method:
