I have old co computer and want to buy only new Windows 10 tower. Will I be able to hook up old keyboard and monitor to new tower?

Keyboard: no problem if it's USB.

Monitor: should be okay, most new computers have the old D-Sub port for old monitors, if not you can buy an adapter.

There was no need to post your Windows version as that has no relevance here.

Which of these cable types does your monitor have?

What tower are you considering? If you post the make/model, one of us should be able to have a look & determine if the monitor will work or not. I do not recommend adapters.
