Should be able too

Do yourself a favour, buy a Samsung TV, that will play movies direct from a USB

Or buy a media player, like the WDLive

thank you. i already have a wd tv live hd at home. i want to use the usb drive at my vacation site in north georgia. now that all of the broadband services have gone to tiered plans the most i could find was thru verizion at 60.00 for 5gb and and it does not take long to use that up when downloading movies. i am at this moment using at&t data connect with my laptop it is a prepaid of 2gb for 50.00 here in north georgia and the peed stinks and the network is aways jammed. verizion seems the best here from talking to people. while typing i realized i could just bring the wd with me when i come, duh.
