nope the size (storage area) is fixed at the level/size as manufactured... Need more space... buy a larger one...; or buy another of similar size.

Also do not depend on a usb-stick as a long term secure storage area. If contents are valuable etc... copy to dvd/cd; and perhaps make two sets - and keep safe and apart from each other. And if really secure minded... copy to another HD as well - an external drive. No given media is perfect and unfailing and totally incorruptable etc...

You are obviously using the flash drive for purposes other than what I, and others, feel are the intended purposes.

Transporting large files from point A to point B.

These files should be duplicates of files you have stored elsewhere unless you don't care about them.
