Well, if it's a desktop, then there's a good chance you can install an addon GPU card. The Intel integrated graphics are a fixed unit and can't be changed AFAIK.

You can get a new or used last-gen video card that will run many games perfectly fine for $60 or even less. For about $100 you can get the R7 250, which is a recent-gen card but is still reasonable for anything but really demanding games (which i doubt you'll play, but would you be as so kind to give us a list of what you expect to want to play?).

I Was Wanting to Play Call of Duty Games Like World at War for Custom Zombie Maps, and GTA and Some other Games that Come out in the Future Such as GTA 5 for PC and games Like First person shooter mainly like Titanfall aswell)
