What would be the point? The GTX 460 is a high end gaming card. Your system has a weak CPU, a board based on an old chipset & no where near enough RAM for gaming. And my guess is your power supply would never be able to handle the requirements of the card. I suggest you seriously rethink your upgrade plans.

U will not see the true power of gtx 460. If u wanna see gtx 460 in action u need atleast dual core cpu.

the gtx 460 as said before is a perfect gaming card which implies that it needs a high end cpu such as a dual core for it to communicate with it as fast as possible.
i doubt ur pentium 4 will be fast enough to handle the card
so if i were u i would ditch this system get a new one with a gtx 460 or another card

I suggest you add more RAM & install a lower end gaming card.
