Any part of your system could be compromised. Flash drives are a serious security threat to any system. Many systems are unsecure before they get a virus so your camera and other devices could be accessed by some crooked people.

The main problem is you are running it in an unsecure manner. A limited/standard user account should always be used. Get a better security suite and learn and use as many best practices as you can.

You should be careful with any photographic images of yourself in any case. Don't go around stripping in front of them would be my suggestion. There are many web sites that seem to post young ladies in front of their cameras doing what they seem to believe is private between them and the other person.

1/3 of highway deaths are caused by drunks. The rest are by people who can't drive any better than a drunk.

"A limited/standard user account should always be used"

That's bs. In ten years of using Windows my user account has always had admin priveleges, but at the same time I've always had rock-solid anti-malware software installed, together with a tried & tested firewall. That's the key to using an admin account safely.

When your an advanced user it doesn't make sense to use a limited account if you keep security in check. Having to log in to an admin account to get certain things done, then remembering to log out and go back to a limited account is nonsense.
