When you say a tablet pc, do you mean a tablet or netbook ? All that is necessary to read .pdf files is Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Thanks Grasshopper for your prompt reply , what I mean by tablet PC is the same shape as IPAD , from Macintosh , I am not happy with IPad because of different OS, No Camera, No Flash support, and cannot open PDF files also, I will have trouble connecting my IPAD with my Windows7 based Desktop PC .
I was looking at Samsung Galaxy , but will it fast enough to handle big PDF files ?
I need fast and about 32Gb data storage for my PDF files
Thanks again .

I would seriously consider a cheaper model Laptop computer. You possibilities are so much greater with a laptop than one of those glorified notepads. For what you pay for one of those, for a few more bucks you get a machine that does so much more and is much easier to troubleshoot if you have a problem. Good Luck.

Thanks a lot Grasshopper , I already have 2 fast Sony Vaio Laptops which is very good and does the job very well ,except for its weight and bulkyness, now I understand , those tablet PC's performance are not up to my standard need yet , I just have to wait for a better and much powerful tablet PC , to fulfilled my need . I am traveling a lot , I carry my laptop everywhere, that is why I am looking for a lighter and less weight gadgets for my convenience, price doesn't really matter for me .
Thanks for your time and explanations , appreciate very much .
I hope there will be a powerful Windows based PC tablets available soon .

If u are looking for a device that can run windows apps and not heavy then buy a netbook. U can use light soft like foxit reader to read .pdf files.
