Solved C850-c029 can't boot from USB please help

I burned a copy of Windows on the flash drive .. When I try to install it on the laptop, Windows opens and does not read the flash drive.

First question: Do you know how to get into the BIOS and change "Boot Priority" settings?

C850-C029 was a tough model to nail down - PSKCAV-0D900HAR - and the sites aren't in English.

The USB flash drive needs to be bootable, you can't just copy Windows files to it & then boot from it. It's explained here:

You didn't say which version of Windows, but you can download the ISO directly from Microsoft.

EDIT: If the USB is already bootable, you either have to change the boot order in the BIOS as suggested above by T-R-A, or tap the appropriate key during startup to bring up the boot menu, then select USB.
