I can't think of any reason why a different charger would affect game performance, or indeed performance generally.

If the charger isn't supplying as much current as the old one (or what the computer needs to not only run at full speed but charge the battery at the same time), then the computer will most likely throttle back on CPU power thus giving you a slower frame rate.

What was the voltage and current rating of the old charger and the new charger.

I did some research, and if amperes are lower than needed, gpu runs slower.
I have Dell inspiron n7110, I cant find specs about its charger...
The new charger has 4.62A
The label that shows specs on old charger is gone

Did you buy this charger from Dell for that specific model or did you buy a third party generic charger?

Buying it from Dell for that model will be your best bet and return you to full speed.

You should always check the specifications, never rely on someone else saying it's compatible.

I would contact Dell and purchase the correct on e from them or go on their website and look up the specs for your computer and power supply, then compare that to the specs listed on the new power supply. If the new supply has a lower current rating, then you will need to purchase one with an equal or higher rating than the original.
