Contact HP as, for security reasons, we cannot help you with passwords that you don't know. We have no way of knowing that you are authorised to access the BIOS on that system.

You might also try asking the vendor as they may have set the password on it.

"Bios administrator"? So you're pressing the appropriate key to enter the BIOS but it's asking for a password? Laptops don't come from the factory with a BIOS password & since it's a used/refurbished unit, the refurbisher or previous owner created a password. Contact the seller.

BTW, your laptop has no "dedicated video memory". "Dedicated" means physical memory used exclusively for graphics, such as on a discrete video card. The graphics memory in your laptop is 100% shared. It's a business laptop, not a gamer. Notice the "b" in the model number.

"Intel GMA 4500MHD integrated graphics (up to 384MB shared memory)".
