booting without the brand name showing

i have a Toshiba satellite c660 with a problem. the problem is that, i want to troubleshoot is by entering into the setup but you cannot enter by pressing f2 key and the name of the brand does not appear on the screen it boot straight that is 'starting windows and i want the brand name to show before windows start.

Try tapping the F2 key immedaitely at startup. If that doesn't work, reboot & try tapping the Esc key.

Found on the web for c660:

Did you try pressing F2 button while powering up the notebook?
Press F2 several times in the row… if this will not help press firstly "INS" key and then F2 to enter the BIOS
