Bios Update on a Asus PS800-MX SE Motherboard

Specs: Windows XP, 2 GB
I have an Asus P4S800-MX SE moterboard. My bios has been recently out-dated. I got my bios binary file downloaded from the internet and into a flash drive and cd. Which keys should i press inorder to access the flash bios updater scren.

Just because some program told you your BIOS is old doesn't mean you should flash it.

You should ONLY flash a BIOS to correct a particular problem that the newer BIOS file is supposed to fix.

Leave you BIOS alone. You can kill your motherboard.

Is your PC working?

If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Bios updates should only be performed if you have a specific problem that is addressed by the bios update.

If you get it wrong you can turn your perfectly good motherboard into a doorstop.

"My bios has been recently out-dated" is not sufficient reason to take the risk.

Do you have a problem that is addressed by this bios update?

That particular board supports flashing from a floppy drive. Here's the Asus instructions:
