Send to Lenovo repair to re flash the BIOS. Be prepared to prove ownership.

The passwords info is NOT stored on the bios chip on modern laptops (less than about 12 years old) - that's stored on a separate soldered in flash chip on the mboard that cannot have the user contents erased by removing the power to it - flashing the bios will NOT erase that info.

Why do you need to access the BIOS to be able to use the laptop? My guess is you're asking about the HDD password. The only person who can help you with that is the person who setup the password or Lenovo. However, you may be able to find a service that will clear the password for you, but it won't be cheap.

You have wisely protected your laptop against theft by setting a password. But it was a little unwise of you not to make a note of that password. Never underestimate the frailty of memory.

As modify.hardware says, you will need to contact Lenovo. Once they have checked that your laptop is not stolen they should be able to advise you.
