Specs: Windows 7
Hello guys,

a friend from the Netherlands. Last week i sold my computer, so i'm deciding on building a new one. I want it for working with most of adobe programms, some ''video editing maybe'' ( not much, so i dont want to spend over 1000 dollar on gpu...) and web desing etc.

So my budget isnt really a major problem, but dont want to exceed it to much... I am thinking about 1500 euro's , that about 2000 dollar.

So i was thinking about
cpu: i7 4770k ( what about the i7 4771 ,just read about it...) $377
motherboard: dont really know, but think one of the z87?? they range from $100 to $300
gpu: really dont know, in my previous build I had the gtx 560 ti, was quit happy with it, but it was getting a hard time on the recent games... ( probably i can get my hands on a used gtx 670 or so...)
ram: was thinking about 16gb of corsair vengeance (2x8) buit dont really know much about ram, so help would be nice.
psu: read some nice things about seasonic G 550 I believe, its about $130 here
cpu cooler: Thinking about be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 2 which is about $100
And for case: Fractal Design Define R4 about $130
SSD: dont really know , thinking about samsung 840 evo $200
Harddrive: surprise me :)

And thats it I think, AH 1 last thing, As you may have noticed , I am aiming to have a quiet system. And i would really like it to be as quiet as possible ( nevertheless I dont want to hand in to much performance !!)

So would love to hear from you guys, and btw the prices are the actual prices here in The Netherlands calculated to dollars...

And sorry for my not through the roof English ;)

If u gonna get core i7 4770k u have to overclock it. A good board and a third party cooler to go along with.
ASUS Z87-Pro

GTX 670 is a sweet spot
I don’t recommend upgrading your graphics card unless the replacement card is at least three tiers higher. Otherwise, the upgrade is somewhat parallel, and you may not even notice any worthwhile difference in performance.

Get DDR3 1866 1.5v

Check out this CPU coolers performance
