Buy pentium dual core (e2220), upgrade ram (2gb ddr2 667mhz) and decent v-card (Nvidia 220gt ddr3, 240gt gddr5, ATi hd 4650/4670/5670).

2GB DDR2-SDRAM PC2-6400
Nvidia GeForce 9600GT 256-bit, 512MB GDDR3

According to the above link, there are 3 boards that are known as the MS-7507. Although there are better CPUs than your D925, I don't think it's worth the investment. 512MB of RAM is extremely low in this day & age. You board supports up to 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2-667, that's where you should put your money. And if you're still using the Intel onboard graphics, get a video card, even a cheap one...anything is better than Intel's onboard. The card will allow ALL the RAM to be used by the system plus it will reduce the load on the CPU.
