Bad system config info

Hey all,
My computer just recently decided to stop working and I've been trying to figure out what's going on all week.

Randomly, without any new hardware or software installation, my monitor blinked once and an error flag with something along the lines of "Display driver has stopped working but has recovered". This happened once again before a crash. I had tried to roll back and update drivers before anyone asks. After two error flags come up, the screen shut off as if it went into sleep mode. I tried to wake it up but nothing worked, so I shut it off. Upon startup, I saw the blue screen with BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO and other error codes with lots of 0s. The computer shut back down after a physical memory dump completed and booted into system repair.

I figured it was time to reformat and turned my computer back on and backed up the important information. I reformatted and everything went just fine until about an hour or so while restoring my backed up stuff my screen blinked again and the same error flag as before came up. And another a minute later. And then the crash/blue screen again. I turned it back on after the crash and it booted into system repair again. The repair said it couldn't fix any issue and shut down. I've since done another reformat with a completely different Win 7 disc and again about an hour later does the crash happen again. As of now, my computer boots into system repair, it can't fix any issue, and shuts off. It's a never ending loop now. I've pulled out both my ram sticks, moved them around, tried one or the other in all slots and still boot into system repair. I've pulled out the motherboard battery and after 10 minutes put it back in and it still boots into system repair.

I don't see the blue screen anymore, probably because the computers never on for the hour or two it takes for it to crash. So I can't provide any specifics of any other errors that were shown. I'm just looking for some general guidance right now before I build a completely new computer out of frustration.

After two reformatting attempts, it has to be hardware related, right?
What does this BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO mean, and does it relate to any specific hardware piece?
Is there anything else I can try to eliminate possible hardware issues without being able to boot it up at all? (Safe mode just goes to system repair)

Thanks for reading and I hope someone can help me out.

Thanks for the reply, but, as stated, I had already switched around my RAM sticks in all slots, and tried one at a time in all slots.

I did try to do research before posting myself and found many solutions, none of which worked for me.

You may have a bad hard drive. Try downloading a diagnostic from the drive manufacturer and run it to see if it finds any problmes.
