ATI Radeon 9250 cause my computer hang

Hi.. I having a problem after i plug in my new graphic card Radeon 9250..

My computer sometime will hang out without any respone ( keyboard, mouse no respone) even crtl+alt+delete also no use...


This phenomena occur oftenly when i playing warcraft (dota) or an online game in full screen..

I have tried to install the latest DirectX and lastest driver but seem nothing changes...

Anyone have any idea to solve this? I run dxdiag test and below are the info i get:
