ASUS A7V8X-MX Audio driver

Specs: Windows XP SP3
My board name is ASUS A7V8X-MX, I having a problem with my sound card. my on board sound card name is realtekAC'97. but every time I installed it,at first it works fine until when it is nearly done. boom! my system get reboot again, can anyone help me with my problem. I also try to googled ASUS A7V8X-MX drivers and download it but I can't find the the device manager i notice that there's an exclamation point(!) in Multimedia audio controller I know this is the missing driver but i don't know what to do with please help me with this..please

AC97 is a standard, not a specific hardware device. Where are you getting the drivers from? Should be getting them from Asustek computer.

Go to the link below and download the audio driver for WinXP.

Go> motherboard> socket A (462)> A7V8X-MX
