Solved asrock mo bo not booting

Specs: Windows 7
I just mad up a pc from parts I have
and they are as follows
asrock z77 pro-m 5-5-5
a 680 eleite power sup
a 500 g/b hdd with win 7 on it
a i3 cpu
and 4g ram 1600
but I don,t have the set up disc
or the manul I got that off of the asrock site
............
now when I turn it on it starts to load windows and stops then it fashes the bios screen twice and go,s to the start windows normal screen
is there something I have mist or do you know what I have not done ???

If this hard disk came of another computer it it is never going to work on the motherboard you have now.

Windows will be configured for the hardware it was installed on. You need a Windows 7 installation disk to reinstall Windows on the new hardware.

Then you need a licence code in order to activate it otherwise it will stop working again after 30 days.

As stated above, Windows will have to be reinstalled.

And do yourself a favor, get rid of the $10 bargain basement power supply & replace it with something decent before your whole rig goes up in a puff of smoke.

Stuart thanks for your help I wiped the hard drive and could not in stall my new win 7 the bloody bios was all out of whack so after days of scratching my head I figured it out but I just think I should say thanks to you for the help you gave me

Thanks for getting back. Might help someone else trying to boot from a Windows installation made on another computer. It just don't work.
