Im building a computer for the first time and I was wondering if this is a good build if not any suggestions would be great.

MB: GIGABYTE GA-MA785GM-US2H AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 785G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

VGC: SAPPHIRE 100245HDMI Radeon HD 4850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card

HD: Western Digital Caviar Green WD10EADS 1TB SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

and for kicks this is the case.

The board you selected uses DDR2 RAM, not DDR3. You should be getting DDR2-800...anything faster is a waste & will be underclocked to DDR2-800 speed. And make sure to get a decent power supply.

will this ram do or is there a better cheaper one running around

I also read a bunch of the reviews on My Video card so i switched it to this one.
