There is nothing to choose from v-card(they are both 550Ti), it's a good choice.
The psu is crap don't buy it, check this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...

It says it needs 28 amps on the 12 volt rail and your psu has 25. Manufactureres' always rate it a little higher than what's necessary. It will probably work, but there's no guarantee.

It wiil work but the psu feedback from newegg is very bad(i don't think the psu will last long).

Definitely choose a different power supply, that one is junk. The whole system depends on it! Went it blows (& it most likely will), there's no way of know how many other components will be damaged.

I don't like the one kuwese linked to for several reasons - no active PFC, it's only 65% efficient, it has multiple +12v rails. Have a look at these:

yeah, i should get a new one. for now i am just getting the video card, since today is my b-day. other than that i would want a modular 700 watt power supply. thanks for your feedback
