Are there mobo drivers?

Specs: Windows 7 Pro, AMD Athlon 64 3500/ 2GB DDR2 400Mhz
I have installed Windows 7 Pro on my existing computer, only to find that the mobo manufacturer does not support Windows 7. Is there a work around? Did I just waste my time and money by installing Windows 7 and not insuring the Mobo was compatable?
The computer has the following hardware installed:
ABit AV8 939 Socket Mobo w VIAK8T
AMD Athlon 64 3500 CPU
2GB Corsair (512MB x 4) DDR2 400Mhz RAM
LiteOn DVDRW-LH20A1P ATA Device

Have you tried the Vista Drivers. They may work. If not you may be able to turn off the peripherals and get PCI cards that have Vista Drivers. Personally, I would look to up grade the MoBo.

ABIT went out of business over a year ago so it stands to reason they wouldn't have any Win7 drivers listed at their website, especially for an outdated S939 board. It's a VIA based board so the VIA website is where you should look for the drivers.
