Apevia ATX or Raidmax Hybrid 2 for new build?

Specs: Windows 7 32bit
Apevia ATX warlock 750w vs Raidmax Hybrid 2 730w
I know there are lots of PSU's to choose from out there, but this build is going to be in a blue case and both of these have the blue LEDS that will look really great for my sons build. Just wondering if anyone has had experience with either of these units and would choose one over the other.

The Raidmax hybrid seems to have better reviews on Newegg.

The PSU is arguably THE most important hardware component in a PC. Do NOT base your choice on the pretty blue fans! Personally, I wouldn't consider either one of them.

If you want a decent quality PSU, have a look at the Corsairs. Here's a 650W for $80 after rebate plus they throw in a $20 gift card. It has active PFC, up to 85% efficiency, single +12v rail @ 53A, Japanese caps, 5 yr warranty.
