Specs: Linux i686
a video card recommends 350 watt power supply with +12v and 20amps. Will the 350 watt power supply with +12v and 21amps work? Or will there be issues? I just want to know what other people think on this. Thanks for your time.

You have already meet system requirements, the graphic card should work. What's the name of graphic card?

BFG GeForce 7300 GT / 512MB DDR2 / AGP 8x / DVI / VGA / HDTV / Video Card....................and I'm thinking of maxing out the memory with 2 PC2700 sticks for a total of 2GB. I don't overclock my processor which is a AMD 2800+ 32bit semprom. 1 sata hard drive, a dvd rom, and dvd rw. .........Also, I saw Halo 2 at a store and if I recall correctly, Halo 2 requires Vista, I have XP pro. At this point the Vista upgrade is the only upgrade I will not pay the asking price. Another reason I am considering this card is for linux, which I have been using for about 2 months. Will there be any complications about finding a 3d driver for it?

The 7300GT is not a good gaming card. If you don't already own it, do NOT buy it....there are better cards available.

BTW, Halo 2 will run on XP but you have to install a hack/patch. If you do a google search for "how to run Halo 2 on XP", you'll find it.

the 7600GS is the other card i am considering for an extra 30 dollars. Thanks for the tip on Halo 2. It been along time since i needed to buy an upgrade for my computer, so thanks for providing me feedback. I am not comfortable with sales reps at stores to give me unbiased information and my friends don't talk any computer lingo. It dawned on me that my motherboard supports DDR 400/333/266Mhz un-buffered memory, so can i buy PC3200 memory for my computer even though i have been using PC2700 memory for over 3 years. Or do i need to research a little on the AMD 2800+ semprom 32bit processor.
