I had a problem with a jumping curser of which i put up with for 8 years and it drove me nuts. However I have found the answer, also I hope this helps anyone with the same problem. I bought a wired keyboard and plugged the usb into my laptop and hey presto no more Jumping Curser. I am so chuffed that I now no longer have the problem with a jumping curser.
I'm glad you got it fixed. From your description in your previous thread I assumed it was the mouse pointer that was jumping and not a cursor prompt (the flashing underline when you're typing text). Is that correct?
