How did you clean the dust? Did you use air pressure? Is there a video card or is it a chipset on the mother board?

Turn on the PC & press F8. If you get the menu, try VGA mode.

Any number of issues. You didn't replace door that may have a safety (very rare). Might have disconnected a connector inside or outside the case. Might have esd damaged some device. Might have loosened some part. Might have lost some jumper.

Check all connectors and removable cards. Power on a look for all indications such as lights or fans.

A Pit Bull is like a gun you can pet. And there is no safety on it.

Until you explain HOW you cleaned the dust out we have NO idea what might have happened. You must explain in detail so we can help you, anything else is just wild guessing.
Did you use compressed air? From a can or hose (compressor)? If from compressor, what pressure? Did you use a Vacuum? Household or special type? Did you remove ANYTHING? What? Did you use antistatic precautions?
No detail too small or unimportant to tell us.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

I hope that the pressure was not too high since that could be a possibility.
Was the routine maintenance or was this in response to overheating or other issues?
Look for loose connectors. Look for wires that now are being rubbed, pinched, or are bare and are grounding out on the case. Remove and reseat connectors and cards.
The more information you give us, the easier it will be.

The air pressure could have damaged something that is not visible to the naked eye. If that happened, you'll never find it.

Unplug the main plug that goes to the mother board from the power supply & reconnect it.
