Solved after changing my cpu my won't turn on

Specs: Windows 10
i changed my cpu with an upgraded verson of the cpu that i had in the computer and i tryed to turn it on, it power up but nothing pops up on the screen. so i put the old one back in and it does the same thing.

any advice will be helpful thank you in advance.

You told us nothing about your system or the CPUs. Did you check CPU compatibility before attempting the swap? Did you unplug the power cord before working inside the case? Did you remove ALL traces of the old thermal compound from the top of the CPU & bottom of the heatsink? Did you apply fresh thermal paste following the proper method for the make/model of your CPUs?
