Solved adding sata ssd for the bootable drive

Specs: Windows 7
How do change drive letters on new drives. I just installed and cloned a new ssd. I would like to boot off of it and use my old drive for paging, data, backup, etc. As long as the SSD is solo it is drive C; and boots fine, but if I connect the old drive up also, It becomes drive C:, the SSD becomes D

Also, reformatting the old drive to remove the windows installation there should keep the drive letters consistent.
