add more RAM to Acer Aspire One Netbook

Specs: Windows 7, 3.008 GHz / 2047 MB
Hello, I purchased the Acer Aspire One Netbook that I love to death. I am shocked that at 15 - 25 watts it is able to load up most of my programs and web browsing as fast as my overclocked desktop that uses 120 - 300 watts, My netbook has 1GB of RAM, and when I view task manager it looks like I am always at 50% physical memory, Would adding another stick of RAM improve my performance for my web browsing and opening programs like Dreamweaver? Thanks.

I wouldn't waste my money to upgrade a Netbook. I don't think you would notice any difference.

Go for it. Adobe eats memory for brunch. Fortunately, memory is dirt cheap.

Add more memory but don't xpect big perfomance increase. Ya i think it's a waste of $ even if it cost $1.

No, kuwese, he will get a nice performance boost. He's running Adobe software on Windows 7. Say what you want about netbooks, but memory is often far more important than CPU speed.
