how do i recover my acer aspire 722 netbook

when I turn my computer on it goes directly to the blinking cursor in the top left hand corner. It does give me a brief opportunity to F2 or F12 but then goes to blinking cursor. I have to manually turn computer off and attempt again. what do I do to repair/recover this problem or is there a way to?

Yes, you will need a USB DVD player
http://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-...
and a win 7 install disc. A netbook has NO DVD player so this is needed. Then pop in the win 7 disc (32bit or 64....no problem) and start up the netbook. Then you will get the option to repair your computer. It works, as I have repaired many netbooks that way.

If you don't have a win 7 DVD....borrow one from friends or family....
