Specs: vista , 2.333 GHz / 4gb
i found the asus 9800GTX+ 512MB $179, and the GTX 260 $179 after $20 mail-in-rebate. they both cost the same. so i wonde which card you would get. the core clock of 9800GTX+ is 738MHZ, and the 260 is only 576MHZ. 9800 has 2200mhz memory clock and the 260 only has 1998mhz. so i wonder if core clock and memory clock are important?

Search the web for reviews that compare
the two.
E.g. search using: review 9800GTX GTX 260

If there is supposed to be a space between 9800 and GTX, include the space.
If there is NOT supposed to be a space between GTX and 260, don't include it.

Definitely grab the GTX 260. It's a much faster card. $179 is a great price for that card.

Here's a benchmark comparison chart between the two. I don't know why the 2nd column isn't labeled, but it is the 9800GTX+
