Have the next problem with the bios
5 long beeps 1 short and then continues at startup in bios
Any idea of whats the problem

Knowing the make and model of your Motherboard and.or computer would help as each manufacturer is different.

If you have the motherboard manual check to see if that beep code is listed. It looks to be an ECS board but their site didn't show any driver or manual downloads for it. Manuals for similar boards from Biostar don't list that beep code.

Did anything happen to it between the last time it worked OK and the first time it didn't?

Continuous beeps like that are usually associated with ram. Make sure you have the correct type for that motherboard and that the ram sockets and ram sticks are clean and the sticks are installed correctly.

Ok i'll try cleaning everything and see if i can get another ram, i'll let you know if it was this, thanks for you answers

You don't necessarily need to get different RAM. Try snapping each module in and out 4 or 5 times. If the problem persists then try running memtest86+ from a boot disk to check the RAM.

Oh, and when you're working inside the case make sure the power cord is disconnected. Most power supplies provide a small charge even when off. It's not enough to shock you but it could damage components if you remove or install them while the cord is attached.
