Remove the battery and check its voltage with a multi-meter. Because it is offload you should expect nothing less than the stated voltage. If it is lower than this then most likely the battery has failed. Even relatively new items can fail - maybe there is a warranty.

I'm assuming the computer runs OK on domestic power, so it is unlikely that the charger is at fault.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Or the new battery is a generic replacement. It takes time for a system to reject it if it is not genuine.

Some of those after-market batteries are just crap. Instead of buying a new one of those look for a used official Dell brand on ebay.

> yesterday i woke up

Well, there's your problem. Stay asleep next time.

> and turned on my dell D 630

I'm sure it appreciated getting turned on.

> and it shows that there is no battery is detecting,

First there is a mountain, then there is no mountain, then there is.

> eventhough i bought that battery 4 months ago.

Did you show the receipt to your computer to convince it that you
really did buy the battery and you didn't just steal it?

> i tried to do some research

They don't like it when you try to do "research".

> they told me to rub terminal but nothing changed,

They told me to rub old, crusty oil-burning lamp I found.
Nothing happened.

> i tried also to pull it from computer many times but
> nothing changed too.

Pull harder! Make the computer let go!

> and i ask you if anyone could help me plz

After reading Jeff's post, I almost shot milk out of my nose from laughing so hard. And I'm not even drinking milk.
