Specs: Windows 2003 R2
I've a Server with 4 GB ( 2 GB x 2 )Memory . last time I i used this with Win 2008 also. i was worked without any problem. but after installed the Windows Server 2003 R2 Ent Edition with SP 2 , it is getting very slow. but after remove a 2 GB Memory , it is working with Fast. further Win 2003 without any Serivce pack is working with total of 4 GB Memory.it was fast .how can set the 4 GB Memory support to Win 2003 R2 with SP 2 Version ?

4gb or more memory u need 64bit os not 32bit.

Best idea is to buy a 64-bit CPU, they are not that expensive, and you will never have any unallocated memory anymore. Moreover, a server in 2010 should have a 64-bit CPU, unless you run a slimmed down webserver on Linux, that may work on 32-bit. Windows is notorious for bad memory behaviour, so you are forced to increase physical memory, not limited by any CPU barrier, which means 64-bit.
