Specs: Windows 7
i have intel computer and the problem is 2213 EIT failure, hardware for VA support not present, ensure intel AMT is Enable and VT Cable processor is installed. above message is displayed while i start my computer kindly help me to out of this problem

That looks to be a bios setting unless you've changed some hardware. Have a look at this pdf:

From appendix A the suggested action is to "Ensure Intel AMT is enabled and a VTcapable processor is installed."

VT = Virtualization Technology. A processor either supports it or it doesn't. It appears you have a non-VT processor but have VT enabled in the BIOS. All you need to do is disable the VT setting. Please post the make/model of your motherboard & someone should be able to explain what you need to do.
