We need more information.

Is the 2TB hard drive a new, additional hard drive? If so, look for it in Windows Disk Management. If you see it there, you need to partition and format it there. You may also want to rearrange your drive letters afterward. That can also be done in Disk Management.

Not enough info. Is it internal or external? Has it been partitioned & formatted?

To be fair to the OP he has put tags saying that it's a 'USB' 'Seagate' & 'Freeagent'.

Right-click 'My Computer' and select 'manage' - then click on 'disk management' - is the drive listed there? Then check in 'device manager' and see if there are any asterisks against any items, especially under the USB section.

Did you check 'device manager' as I mentioned in response #4?

Its not like you are paying for each word (or at all). To help those trying to help you, you need to read all of the replys and carefully explain the entire problem including everything you have tried so far. Use enough words to completely explain things. If you are thumb typing on a phone, move to your computer so typing complete sentences is not a chore.
From experience, if you give one more 4 word replay, most will abandon helping you as being too much trouble. Everyone here is doing this without getting paid so you should at least give the impression that you actually care and you have the intelligence to understand the answers.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
