I have comcast internet, phone, and cable. When trying to watch a video on you tube or other streaming video sites, another channel or channels starts coming through at the same time. I end up with 2 different things streaming through at the same time. How do I fix the problem.?

Sometimes double clicking can cause two instances of the same thing. Are you sure you are getting two different streams?

yes, I was watching a you tube tv show last night and another channel of some kind started coming through over top of the video. It seems to happen all of a sudden, without warning. A channel also starts coming through when I am at the computer background screen with nothing but the shortcut icons on the screen. I do not have to be connected to a website and a channel starts streaming through without warning. My internet provider is Comcast and I have their phone and digital cable, also. I can tell from the channels that I hear coming through that they sound like some of the Comcast cable channels. I can watch the comcast cable channels on my computer through Infinity TV and Fancast. I have called Comcast about my problem and they don't seem to think their equipment is the problem, and never had heard of this issue happening. Could there be a problem with the modem, sound card, or some of the settings? I just do not know what to do next. Thanks for any help you can offer.
