19 I-INC Monitor Turns Off & On Repeatedly

Specs: Windows 7, Intel Core 2 Duo 2.6 GHz / 4 GB Ram
My 19" I-INC LCD monitor turns off and on by itself, at random times, and pushing the power button has no effect when the screen is malfunctioning.

Some things to note:

I KNOW it is the monitor because I swapped cables, the problem persisted, but when I swapped monitors, the problem was gone.

There are no other strange occurrences like buzzing sounds or anything like that

I have had this monitor for about 2 years now and there were never problems like this.

I already have the monitor opened up and I checked the capacitors (as recommended on other threads) but none of them look bad. None of them are blown, bulged or leaking.

Nothing on the waffle board stands out as obvious damage.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what could be the problem with my monitor?

Did you check the Power MOSFET's and Bridge Rectifier? These units use the Chinese made N-Channel Power Transistor to turn on the High Voltage side of the Inverter Circuit. They are known failure components. Also Check the OptoCoupler with an DVOM to see if it is open. If you are not familiar with testing these parts you might try finding a complete Power inverter board online. Here is where your problem is.

Thanks for the advice, but I already tossed the monitor. Sorry I forgot to delete this post.
