Status: 0xc000000f
Info: Windows failed to load because the NLS data is missing, or corrupt.

I cannot even start windows in Safe Mode, or any other boot options.

Did you insert the disk? You need to have your bios configured to boot from cd first.

It won't read the disc and I cant even boot up in safe mode or with Networking !!

If it won't read the disk, either the disk is bad, the disk drive is bad, or you don't have the BIOS configured correctly.
