The DQ67OW is an older board. It uses socket 1155 (up to 95W) & is based on the Q67 chipset. It supports 2nd generation Core-i processors only. The processors you asked about are 6th generation & use socket 1151. Stick with what you have. The secret to good gaming is plenty of RAM & a good graphics card. And a decent power supply to handle the load.

EDIT: I just checked the price of that graphics card. $600? You'll need a power supply of at least 500W & it had better be a darn good one to protect your investment. Personally, I wouldn't waste the money, not with that old board & processor. I suggest you get something a little more realistic, like a GTX 1050 Ti or GTX 1060.
