with all settings set to low played on low resolution?

Please post the correct model number for your PC or laptop.

Looking at the minimum system requirements for what I believe is "Star Wars: The Force Unleashed - Ultimate Sith Edition", here's what is listed for graphics:

"Video Card (graphics): 3D Hardware Accelerator Card Required – 100% DirectX 9.0c compatible 256 MB Video Memory with Shader 3.0 support
Video Card (ATI): Radeon HD 2900
Video Card (Nvidia): Geforce 8800"

I suspect there will be considerable lag, even on the lowest settings. It's time to invest in a *real* gaming card. The 9300GE is an extremely low end, entry level card.

Decent performing entry level gaming cards are relatively cheap. For right around $50 you should be able to get a GT 240, HD4650, HD5550, HD4670, or HD5670.
