Why Does Team Fortress 2 Lag On My Computer.

Hiya, I was just wondering why TF2 was lagging on my computer, I mean, I've always thought my RAM was okay, and it was probably my video card. Asking some more tech savvy friends they say my Video Card is pretty bad even though it's memory is alright. So are they right?

You do not have a Graphics Card, you have on-board Graphics....

It's a tablet with Intel GMA 4500 MHD graphics....it's not a gaming machine.
