There are two official versions: Project I.G.I.: I'm Going In and I.G.I.-2: Covert Strike.

The system requirements are pretty lightweight but the OP didn't bother to post his system specs. The problem might be a simple driver issue but specs would be helpful, especially graphics.

update you video card driver, older drivers may not support hardware acceleration

either is AMD Radeon, NVidia Geforce or INTEL HD graphics

check this way:
right click on the desktop, there should be an option to open your graphics driver interface
AMD blabla, Nvidia control panel, or intel graphics settings

all of them will let you download the latest drivers

for AMD there should be a button to update
for intel its under options&support --> Support
for Nvidia Geforce experience (not sure, should also have a download button)

Do you mean Project I.G.I.? Which version? Does your system meet the minimum hardware requirements?
