The Intel Mobility Graphics Chipset is not made for gaming, the laptop is not a gaming laptrop:

dedicated video memory: 32mb

It would help to know the model number of your laptop but being that it only has 2GB RAM & is running Windows 7 Basic, it's got to be a very low end model.

"so what should i do to meet them??"

Are you sure you want to know the answer? The weak link in your laptop is the video "card". It only has 32MB of dedicated memory...the rest it "borrows" from your 2GB of system memory. So even though this "borrowing" puts you over the 128MB minimum video memory requirement, the IGP (Integrated Graphics Processor) isn't powerful enough. And there is no way to upgrade the IGP...you will have to buy a new laptop with better graphics.

Try running your games on low settings. If you need to confirm whether a game will be playable or not, try this:

Can You Run It?

The on-board graphics / video card / IGP, they are interchangeable names is not upgradable, the chip is soldered to the main board, you need to buy a gaming laptop. $1000.00

There is no quick fix, just play older games which pass the "can I play it " test..
